Ten years later, Noura Ismail is the Middle East Director of Talent Beyond Boundaries, an organisation that connects skilled refugees with international employment opportunities. With 82 million people displaced throughout the world, Talent Beyond Boundaries is breaking ground by helping refugees build their future.
